Magnetic sensor "Open/Close Detection Sensor (Push Switch Type)"

A sensor that can maintain a closed state.

This is a magnet catch that integrates a switch function that responds to opening and closing, along with a magnetic force retention function for doors and lids. By using an ultra-small push-type detection switch, we have achieved compactness. The detection signal generated by the opening and closing operation allows for automatic lighting and turning off of lighting fixtures inside cabinets or furniture, or automatically sounding a buzzer. It can be screwed in from two directions: horizontal and vertical. The switch specifications are available in NC (Normally Closed) and NO (Normally Open) types.

Tohoku University Technology: Magnetic sensor: T19-383

Tunnel magneto-resistive sensor (TMR sensor) with high sensitivity and accuracy

Various magnetic sensors such as the Hall sensor, are widely used for the realization of an advanced IoT society. In particular, magnetic sensors based on the tunnel magnetoresistance effect (TMR sensor) discovered at Tohoku University has made dramatic progress in increasing sensitivity, making it possible to detect a weak magnetic field such as bio-magnetic field. However, the conventional TMR sensor did not achieve both high sensitivity and accuracy. This invention is able to provide a TMR sensor with extremely high linearity output which is necessary to achieve high sensitivity and accuracy, by controlling the higher-order magnetic anisotropy of the used ferromagnetic material.

Tohoku Univ. Technology:Magnetic sensor and its measurement circuit:T23-005

Highly sensitive and wide range magnetic sensors

Magnetic sensors with wide dynamic range and high sensitivity have been developed. Various types of sensors, such as SQUID magnetometers and Hall sensors, have been used. Cantilever-type magnetic sensors using mechanical resonant frequency have especially attracted attention because of their low power consumption, small size, and potential for wide dynamic range. However, while they exhibit high sensitivity near the resonance frequency, there is an issue that sensitivity and resolution are not sufficient for magnetic fields below the resonance frequency including DC magnetic fields. The present invention relates to a cantilever-type magnetic sensor. The sensitivity and bandwidth can be adjusted electrically by introducing a magnetic excitation component. This enables high sensitivity and wide-band magnetic field detection. 【 For those who see this document 】 Since it is a seed for unpublished patents, it is possible to disclose the description after the conclusion of the IP contract.

Magnetic sensor "Open/Close Detection Sensor (Magnetic Type)"

A sensor that can maintain a closed state.

This is a magnet catch that integrates a switch function that responds to opening and closing with a magnetic force that holds doors and lids. It consists of a reed switch, magnet, and yoke. By controlling an advanced magnetic circuit, it performs ON/OFF operations of electrical contacts, providing signals that correspond to the opening and closing of doors and lids. Unlike contact-type mechanical switches, the switch part does not suffer from wear-related failures and excels in durability, safety, and reliability. It can be screwed in from two directions: horizontal and vertical. There are two types of adhesion strength: 3kgf and 1kgf. It can be used for various OA equipment such as copiers and printers, as well as door sensors for FA equipment.

Magnetic Sensor [Makome Laboratory]

We propose what can be done with magnetic sensors. Enjoy peace of mind with a 3-year warranty for natural failures. Please consult us about waterproofing and explosion-proof options as well.

■ It uses an optical sensor, but it requires regular cleaning, which is a hassle. ■ It uses a mechanical switch, but due to the high number of operations, the replacement frequency is high. ■ I want to detect from a bit further away. ■ I want to detect through obstacles (non-magnetic materials). There are environments suitable for magnetic sensors. Furthermore, magnets have N-pole and S-pole polarities. In general proximity sensors, only ON/OFF signals can be extracted, but with magnetic sensors, N-pole and S-pole signals can be extracted individually. Depending on the idea, it is possible to implement both hardware and programming. Examples of applications include: ◎ Deceleration (N-pole) / Stop (S-pole) ◎ Stop (N-pole) / Emergency Stop (S-pole) ◎ Addition (N-pole) / Subtraction (S-pole), etc. Additionally, address codes can be used as a three-value code. Why not switch to a maintenance-free Makome sensor? *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.*
